This is Emelie, working with Marketing & Communication at Scionova.
We asked her some few questions.

What´s the best thing about working at Scionova?

I have never worked at a company that takes such good care of its employees. They make sure we feel good and that we get challenging and fun work tasks. They also love to celebrate, and we are doing that a lot here.

How long have you been at Scionova?

When I first started at Scionova, I worked 50% as a consultant for a couple of months. I really liked it, so from the 1st June 2018, I became a full-time employee.

What did you do before you started at Scionova?

Before I started working at Scionova I worked at Tillväxtakademin as a project manager and marketing coordinator. The first two years I worked for Swecamp, a camping chain that focuses on accommodation and outdoor experiences. A very fun industry where there is a lot happening right now.

What is your driving force and what are you passionate about in your daily work?

A teacher once told me "have fun at work". It's something I've been carrying with me in my professional life. Because if you do not have fun at work then you are not using your full potential and you do not develop as fast as you could do. I think that is really important when you spend a lot of time at work. I also feel very passionate about the soft values of a company. I find it important that there is an ongoing work regarding employer branding.

What are you doing in your spare time? Any hobbies?

I love health and exercise! I have been working as an instructor for many years. Today I instruct in the classes CX Works and Booty Move at Nordic Wellness. Since I am a very active person, I like to have people around me and constantly doing things. Cooking, game nights, musicals and other fun events just to name a few. I also love to sing.

Tricky one, describe yourself in 3 words?

Happy, caring, "project manager"

Hidden talent you would like to share?

Do not know if it's a hidden talent, but I have been working as a Show artist and am more than happy to sing EVERYWHERE! I can also imitate Pumba from Lion king quite well.
