Scionova is a technology consulting company with a team of passionate and creative developers. We have extensive experience in technical software development and a curiosity that constantly drives us forward. Building on this foundation, we are now taking the next step: becoming experts in applying AI to improve how our clients develop software.
Our goal is to create value by understanding our clients' challenges and combining our technical expertise with the opportunities AI brings. We want to be a trusted partner that our clients feel confident involving in their most important challenges, contributing to better software and better ways of working.
To succeed, we need to continuously develop ourselves. We build our expertise by learning from client projects, bringing in new perspectives, and sharing knowledge with each other. This way, every colleague's experience becomes part of our collective ability to solve problems and help our clients move forward.
One of my main responsibilities is to drive this development and position Scionova among the leading companies in AI for technical software development. For me, this goes hand in hand with creating the best possible workplace for both current and future colleagues.
